Luckily for them, I have discovered a recipe for some of the best (and healthiest!) brownies that I have ever had. So now you can enjoy your favourite sweet treat without having to worry about those New Year\u2019s Resolutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;For all my people who love a thick, fudgy brownie, this recipe is for you. This recipe is fun, simple, and easy to bake (seriously, I burn water and can cook these just fine) and are only 140 calories per piece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This recipe can be made with only a few simple ingredients that can be found laying around the house: Flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, chocolate chips, vanilla extract, 0% greek yogurt, almond milk, and parchment paper. Any type of plain greek yogurt works, but 0% is recommended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some of the ingredients may sound a bit strange, but bear with me and trust the process!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Instructions:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Preheat oven to 350F<\/li><li>Whisk together flour (\u00be cup), cocoa powder (\u00bd cup), baking soda (\u00bd tsp) and a pinch of salt<\/li><li>In <strong>another bowl<\/strong>, melt chocolate chips (\u00bd cup) in 30s increments in the microwave, stirring in between.<\/li><li>Stir in sweetener (\u00bd cup to \u00be cup) until smooth<\/li><li>Mix in vanilla extract (1tsp) and room temperature Greek yogurt (1 cup, 0%) *I know it sounds weird but trust me* If chocolate starts to harden, warm it up a bit in the microwave.<\/li><li>Add dry ingredients and just enough almond milk (\u2153 cup, or to thickness) to form a thick batter<\/li><li>Pour into a pan lined with parchment paper<\/li><li>Bake for around 30mins<\/li><li>Allow to cool before slicing<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This recipe makes 8 pieces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I used a 9&#215;6 pan, but it should also work in a 8&#215;8 pan, but it might not be as thick!
